Dear Homeowners,
The Board of Directors recently contracted with Protec Building Services to replace damaged drywall in the pool pump room. In order to replace the drywall, they must disconnect critical pool equipment, including the heater, filter and pump. The project will take approximately 3 days to complete.
Please DO NOT ENTER THE POOL!! It is very dangerous to enter the pool while the filters and pumps are disconnected. Bacteria and diseases are transmitted through the water without the filter and pump in place. Please keep out of the pool area completely until the repairs are completed and the pool is reopened. An email will be sent out early next week letting you know when it is safe to enter the water again.
